Русский, приказа не выложу, но вроде она.
Вот выдержка из статьи: "Печальный опыт Русско-японской войны 1904—1905 гг. привёл к военным реформам 1905—1912 гг., в ходе которых армия переоделась в защитное обмундирование. В 1907 году для нижних чинов вводится походная хлопчатобумажная гимнастёрка зеленовато-серого цвета, а в 1912 году появляется походная рубаха русского покроя — косоворотка без карманов, с воротником, застёгивавшимся у левого плеча, справа налево. Ещё через год вводится гимнастёрка с нагрудными накладными карманами с планкой.
Походной одеждой офицера стал однобортный, на 5 пуговицах, защитного цвета китель образца 1907 года. После начала Первой мировой войны приказом по военному ведомству № 598 от 1914 года офицерам, врачам и военным чиновникам было разрешено заменить свои походные кители суконными рубахами образца 1912 года3. Наиболее приметным внешним отличием офицерской рубахи от солдатской того же образца было наличие карманов. Впрочем, в годы войны офицеры носили и обычные солдатские рубахи, а солдаты позволяли себе и неуставные предметы одежды. В целом, что естественно, на фронте носили всякие рубахи."
