про реальные части я потому, что сталкивался только в нашей армии с подворотничками,повторюсь, в данном конкретном случае на вудланде подшива будет минимум смешна)
По гигиене : в мою бытность срочником, после марш броска или просто зарядки на 30 минут надо было подшиваться по новой, так как подворотничок впитывал пот, промокал, пах и сох несколько часов, потом на нем выступала соль.. поэтому почти всегда перед этим или заворачивали ворот вовнутрь, или , если была возможность, скочем проклеивали подворотничок, чтобы его не переподшивать. Если большинство армий мира не подшивается это не значит что они все похерили гигиену..в московском страйке на память приходит только 3 команды из нескольких сотен которые пользуют подшиву..все три используют  исходя из реконструкции конкретных подразделений РФ и СССР, а не гигиены.. вроде у всех остальных тоже нет проблем с гигиеной и  чистотой шеи..
ИМХО при выходе на сутки-двое смысла в подворотничках не вижу.. все равно форму каждый раз стирать целиком после игры. за год на страйк редко выезжают больше 20-25 раз, обычно меньше. итого за год менее месяца реальной носки, даже российского хб за 1к (на многие крупные игры взносы больше, для сравнения) деревянных хватит на 2-3 года.. а нормального кителя или комбатшерта за пару сотен зеленых хватает на 5-6 лет (просто нет знакомых кто бы дольше юзал одну вещь)   
По рубашкам , ну в москве, да и в другом крупном городе, после маршрута дом/офис/дом, даже без разъездов..светлая сорочка по манжетам и воротнику пачкается сильно
