Хочу представить вам схему изготовления клапана для пластиковых бутылок, позволяющего сохранять длительное время различные крупы, муку, сухари и прочий сыпучий провиант пригодными к употреблению. Пластиковые емкости (бутылки из под воды объемом 5 - 9 литров) очень практичны в использовании, они прочны, изготовлены из пищевого пластика, не боятся воздействия мороза, солнечных лучей и воды. Крышка бутылок закручивается герметично не позволяя воздуху и влаге из внешней среды попадать внутрь емкости. Система удаления воздуха из емкости при помощи небольшой модернизации крышки позволяет исключить воздействие кислорода на продукты питания (окисление), кроме того, в разреженной среде не могут жить личинки насекомых и некоторые грибки и бактерии, что позволяет сохранять продукты питания очень длительное время (например в схронах) без их регулярного обновления.

если я правильно понял,то это нужно исключительно для стравливания воздуха,то для этого можно просто приоткрыть крышку и надавить,не прибегая к столь сложным инженерным сооружения(из личного опыта))

Это нужно для удаления воздуха из бутылки наполненной каким либо продуктом питания, ну допустим, пшеном...
когда из бутылки откачен кислород, продукты в ней хранятся намного дольше и моль всякая не заводится...

При простом надавливании вы весь воздух не удалите, его можно выкачать, только используя компрессор...
